Ritwij joined the organisation with great pomp and glory. They felt it was undeserved and way too hyped. He was appointed as an advisor to smoothen the functions of the firm and reduce the unity among employees. He did so by keeping them occupied in additional compliances, more effective documentation, detailed reporting and defining new levels of hierarchies. They labelled him a parasite. He preferred being called a visionary who steered the organisation towards success…
